Plant Trees to Support Demo Elementary School

Tree planting is a green and easy way to support schools in your community. This fundraising program is powered by Mokugift, a tree planting partner of the Billion Tree Campaign, lead by the United Nations Environment Programme.

Students, parents, family and friends raise funds by presenting the opportunity for supporters to fight climate change by planting a real tree at $1 apiece. For each tree, $0.50 will go to Demo Elementary School.

Mokugift trees are planted in agroforestry programs that educate local farmers about environmentally beneficial and economically sustainable farming techniques. The trees are planted in Central America, Africa and Asia.

Demo Elementary School

Located in San Francisco's sunny neighborhood, Demo is a public elementary school known for its General Education and Dual Spanish/English Immersion programs, its Arts program, and its very active and effective PTA.

We're extremely proud of the community we've created here at our school. Our programs are rich, our students curious, our faculty and staff committed to providing an exceptional education for each and every student, and our PTA lends support to all our academic and enrichment activities.

Use of funds

The funds received by Demo Elementary School from tree sales will go towards the development of new language programs to expand the global horizons and opportunities of our students.
